ODDFELLOWS' DANCE
Kumeu Hall was gay with dancers on Saturday evening when a successful and largely-attended dance was given under the auspices, of the Wharepai and Haeramai lodges of Kumeu. Clarke's Novelty Four orchestra was in attendance and extras were played by Miss G. Faulkner. The winners of the competition waltzes were Mr. and Airs. H. Stevens and Miss J. Smith and Mr. Ron Lewis. Among those present were:—Mrs. Smith-Ander-son, Mrs. L. Hambin, Mrs. "T. Outram, Mrs. D. C. Morrison, Mrs. H. Stevens, Mrs. C. Robins, Mrs. W. E. Garzy, Mrs. G. Adams, Mrs. Andrews, Mrs. R. P. Dane, Miss L. Milne, Miss G. Faulkner, Miss N. Sinton, Miss A. Lee, Miss. H. Smith, Miss Thora Dane, Miss P. Petford, Miss Lesley Bell, Miss Nance Gill, Miss Kathleen Petford, Miss H. D. Hunter, Miss T. Shuttleworth, Miss W. Davis, Miss J. Gooding, Miss June HarrisonSmith, Miss Newton, Miss L. Brunt, Miss Shirley Gooding, Miss J. Newlove and | Miss L. Foster.
