LATE DR. CAWKWELL
HOSPITAL BOARD TRIBUTE Tributes to the work of the late Dr.Gr. L. Cawkwell at the Auckland Hospital were paid by members of the Hospital Board yesterday. "Dr. Cawkwell served the board well for many years. said the chairman, Mr. W. Wallace. "Ha took charge of the infectious diseases wards and no man could have given the community more faithful service."
The board decided to place on record its appreciation of Dr. Cawkwell's service as a member of the honorary staff and to express sympathy with his relatives.
