BRITISH NEGOTIATIONS ENTIRE OUTPUT WANTED (■Received September 15, 3.45 p.m.) LONDON, Sept, 15 The Morning Post says a group of British timber importing firms is negotiating with the Latvian Government for tho purchase of the entire output from the Latvian forests' in tho coming season of about 150,000 standards. If the negotiations are successful the purchase will ease the demand for Russian timber, of which 450,000 standards wero sold in Britain last year.
