WALKER CUP RESULT RETENTION AGAINST BRITAIN (Received September 4, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 3 At Brookline, Massachusetts, the United States golfers who yesterday won all four foursomes were successful to-day in sufficient of the singles to retain the Walker Cup. This makes America's seventh successive victory against Britain. The final score for the twelve matches in tho contest was:—United States, points; Britain, points. Tho Americans won eight matches and the British one, and three matches were halved. Leonard Ralwy, a schoolmaster, won the only British victory, beating Georgo Voigt 1 up on the 361 h green.
