TRAGEDY IN INDIA
FERRY BOAT CAPSIZED V SNAKE FRIGHTENS PASSENGERS CALCUTTA. Auk. 15 It is feared that more than 90 people were drowned through the sinking of a ferry boat near Kolhnpur, Bombay Presidency. Eight survivors state that in midstream the passengers saw a log approaching' on which there was a huge python. Panic-stricken they rushed to the other side, capsizing the boat.
