MISTAKE IN " TALKIE " INCIDENT AT OTTAWA AUSTRALIA ELIMINATED OTTAWA, July 27 The British Ministers entertained the Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. R. B. Bennett, at dinner and informally discussed a wide range of subjects. The delegations at midnight attended a private screening of a "talkie" film of the opening of the conference. The audience was amused at a technical error. The announcer said: " Mr. Bruce will speak next." Instead the camera was focussed on Mr. J. G. Coates as he addressed the Chamber. Australia was completely eliminated.
