SHED LIFTED BY GALE
TELEGRAPH WIRES STRUCK BUILDING AT HUNUA During the height of a gale at Hunua early on Wednesday morning a large iron shed on the property of Mr. D. Creagh was blown from its foundations and it struck the telegraph wires on the main road about a chain away. The shed housed a motor-car and farm implements. It was a new building and was not completed, one side being open and the floor only half laid down. It happened that the wind was blowing right into the open side of the shed.
