CONSIDERATION FOR HEALTH [by TELEGRAPH —rRESS association] PALMERSTON NORTH, Thursday In the Supremo Court to-day Charles Frederick Amnion, aged 47, who was found guilty of causing actual bodily harm to William Whvte, storekeeper, Terrace End, was ordered by Mr. Justice Ostler, in view of the prisoner's health, to como up for sentence when caliled upon.
