Tho New York quotation for cash is 60 cents. A message from Winnipeg says the grain market there surged upward again to-day as thr> result of heavy export reports, short covering in July futures and unfavourably crop news. Wheat futures finished to cents above yesterday's closing rates. A despatch from Toronto says the Premier of Saskatchewan, Mr. J. I. Andcison, predicts a wheat crop of 200,000,000 bushels. He declares that the province is 011 the way back to prosperity.
