MARKETS FOR OIL
MOVE FOR HIGHER PRICES INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE PARIS. July 25 The International Oil Conference has agreed upon a scheme for improving the markets, which is interpreted to mean a move toward higher prices. All groups excepting the Russians decided to work in unison and to abstain from fighting by price cuts.
