NUMEROUS ARRESTS.
Talk of general strike. 7 (Received July 12. 5.35 p.m.) BRUSSELS, July 11. Between 150 and 200 arrests were made Charleroi. The general Socialist council to-day will consider ti proposal to declare a general strike throughout the country.
