NEW POTATO SALAD.
A pound or mora c-f cold cooked new potatoes, about half a pint of cold cooked peas, about half a pint of cold carrot cut into dice, mayonraise sauce, a little chopped parsley. This is a good way of using up left-over new potatoes. Cut them into halves or quarters, according to size. Heap them up in a dish and garnish with alternate heaps of peas and carrots. Pour over the potatoes some mayonnaise sauce or any good salad dressing, and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
