STEAMED CHOCOLATE PUDDING.

Procure 2oz. of suet, 2oz. of flour, 2oz. of whito sugar, ono teaspoonful of baking powder, 2oz. of breadcrumbs, one tablespoonful of chocolate powder or cocoa, a little vanilla essence, and three-quarters of a gill of milk. Mix together the suet, flour, white suga:* and breadcrumbs. Add to them tho baking powder, Ihe chocolate powder, a little vanilla essence and the milk. Mix thoroughly and turn into a greased mould. Steam for one and a-half hours and sei ve with chocolate sauce.
