COMET OBSERVED.
REPORT FROM STRATFORD. [BY TELEGRAPH. —rRESS ASSOCIATION. ] WELLINGTON. Friday. Tho Government astronomer, Dr. C. E. Adams, advises that a comet has been seen by a Stratford observer through a Sin. telescope. With a ljin. telescope the comet was just discernible.
