LEVY NOT PAID.
BOOTMAKER PROSECUTED. For failing to pay an instalment of tho unemployment levy, Harry Lindsay Tucker, bootmaker, was fined 10s arid costs, 10s, by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. He admitted the offence. On a second charge of a similar nature he was convicted and discharged.
