Dr. Arnold (Switzerland) discussed the effect of radiation exercised by submarine waters on human and animal health. Dr. Beyer (Germany) said he thought the human organism acted as an electromagnetic transmitting and receiving apparatus, ascertaining the course of hidden streams. Professor Cazzanialii (Italy) said lie considered that the human brain was the source of the phenomenon. Dr. Cusu (Verona) maintained that any substance radiating electromagnetic energy produced muscular contractions resulting ,iu tlie movement of the divining rod.
