RUSSIAN DICTATOR.
ILLNESS AT MOSCOW. FOREIGN SPECIALISTS CALLED. (.'Received .March 29. 12.33 a.m.) LONDON, March 2S. It is reported that German and Polish specialists have been summoned to Moscow where Yosiph Stalin, the Russian Dictator, is understood to be suffering from a strange ailment, which is baffling the best Russian doctors.
