CAMBRIDGE TOURNAMENT. [from our own correspondent.] CAMBRIDGE. Monday. The Cambridge Croquet Club's Easter tournament was opened on Saturday nnd continued to-day. The Mayor. Mr. Priestly, welcomed the visitors to Cambridge and wished the club a successful tournament, and he then declared the tournament open. Results of to-day's play are as follows: Section A Doubles.—Mesdunies Henderson nnd Clenny beat Mesdames Hardy and Barriball. Mesdames Rugs and Pat ton beat Mesdames Hodginson and Rogers, Mesrlnnieß Wooller and Hardley beat Mesdames Hardy nnd Barriball, Mesdames Bryant and Daisley bent Mesdames Pntton and Rugg, Mesdames Hodginaon nnd Rogers bcut Mesdames Henderson and Clenny. Section B Doubles.—Mesdames Hawkin and Barrett bcut Mesdames Philpott and Drube, Mrs. Martin and Mr. Managh beat Mesdames Piper and Pearce, Mrs. Martin and Mr. Martin beat Mesdames Philpott and Drube. Section A Singles.—Mrs. Philpott beat Mrs, Pearce. Mrs. Wooller bent Mrs. Philpott. Section C Singles.—Mrs. Hnwkin beat Mrs. Drube, Mrs. Piper beat Mi's. Bryant, Mrs. Bryant bent Mrs. Rugg.
