RADIO LICENCES.
Sir, —Holders of radio licences have received notice that their licences expire at tho end of this' month. I suppose that all tho employees at the radio stations have had a 10 per cent, cut in their wages. Now, if they are going to reduce the cost of production, it would be only a fair tiling to reduce tho price of tho licences. If they reduce the cost of production and keep the selling price at the old figure, it seems good business on their part, but it may not seem so good if a large number of holders decide not to renew their licences. T. Inglis.
