Mr. Lloyd George, for the first time since his long illness, attended the House of Commons to day, when lie took oath and signed tlio roll. In spite of acute political differences Mr. George, as " father of the House," and an outsiariding figure in British politics, is very popular. He received warm gteet'ng from all sides of the Houso.
