RACING APPEAL.

CASE OF HECTOR GRAY. DECISION TO BE REVIEWED. fBY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Friday. The executive of the New Zealand Racing Conference met at Wellington tQ-day to consider the application of Mr. A. P. Wilson, chief stipendiary steward to the conference, that the decision of the Auckland District Committee in regard to H. Gray's appeal in the Antique case at Te Aroha should be reviewed. The committee decided that the case be directed to the appeal judges of the conference.

The judicial committee of the Te Aroha Jockey Club, after an inquiry instituted by Mr. Wilson, stated it was satisfied that Antique was not run on his merits in the President's Handicap on February 29 and suspended Gray for three months. An appeal by Gray to the Auckland District Committee was upheld.
