FORMATION AT HAMILTON. [from otjr own correspondent.] • HAMILTON, Friday. A decision to form a miniature rifle club in Hamilton was made at a meeting of about 30 enthusiasts last evening. Mr. R. D. McFarland, who presided, mentioned that permission was being sought from the Defence Department to use its range. There appeared to be nothing to militate against the successful functioning of the club. . A temporary committee, comprising Messrs. McFarland, W. Lee Martin, I. T. Page, J. Watson and J.
