PROVINCIAL TOURNAMENT. RESULTS OF YESTERDAY'S PLAY. The Auckland Croquet Association's provincial tournament was continued yesterday under ideal conditions. Following are the results:— CHAMPIONSHIP SINGLES. A Grade.—at Mount Hobson: Mrs. Keys beat Mrs. Schubert and won section A: Mrs. R. White beat Mrs. A. "White, and won section C: Mrs. Parker-Hill beat Mrs. Kentley, Mrs. Hilton beat Mrs. Gallaher, and won section D; Mrs. Thomson beat Mrs. Coutts, and won section B; Mrs. Thomson, winner of section B. beat Mrs. Hilton, winner of section D; Mrs. Keys, winner of section A, beat Mrs. H. White, winner of section C. HANDICAP DOUBLES. Mesdames Burrett and Wooller, winners of section A. beat Mesdames Cole and Peckham, winners of section B. HANDICAP SINGLES-At Remuera. A Section.—Mrs. Burrett beat Mesdanies Newman and Schubert, and won the section. Miss Sloman beat Mrs. Newman, Mrs. Thomson beat Mrs. Schubert. B Section.—Mrs. McGregor beat Mrs. McRae. Mrs. Beck beat Mesdames Mcßae and Sessions, and won the section. D Section.—Mrs. Seymour heat Mrs. Green, Airs. Carson beat Mesdames McDougall and Bainbridge. and won the section. CHAMPIONSHIP DOUBLES. Mesdames Badeley nnd Harbutt. winners of section D, beat Mesdames Hilton and Gallaher, winners of section B. B Grade, at Carlton.—Final handicap doubles: Mesdames Clark nnd Jackson beat Mesdames Spicer and Robertson. Handicap singles: Mrs. O'Halleran beat Mrs. Maiden. TO-DAY'S PROGRAMME. Following is the programme for to-day's play:— Finals of chnmpionship doubles, A grade, 10 a.m., at Remuera.-—Mesdames Badeley and Harbutt play Mesdames Colo and Thomson. B Grade.—Fin.il of championship singles: Mrs. Clark plays Mrs. Allan. At Mount Hobson.—Final of hnndicap doubles: Mesdames Wooller nnd Burrett play Mesdames Carson and Roberts. Handicap singles: Mrs. Watson, winner of section E, plays Airs. Beck, winner of Section B. At the conclusion of the play the trophies will bo presented by the president, Mrs. R. Hamilton.
