UNEMPLOYED BOYS.
Sir —As there seems a little confusion in the minds of some regarding the action of Y.M.C.A. directors in the interests of unemployed boys, may 1 be allowed space to explain the position. The directors are inviting all unemployed lads under the age of 18 years to accept free membership in the Y.M.C.A. duiing Tuesday and Thursday morning of each week. It is felt that lads discouraged by a hopeloss search for work may be benefited in body and mind by two hours of physical activity, fun, competitions and an encouraging chat from a business man. With this view, the physical and boys' work directors aie combining to fill the hours from 10 a.m. lo 12 p.m. with activities calculated to develop body and mind and to stimulate self-reliance and morale Vernon T.
