REFUSAL IN WELLINGTON. CITY COUNCIL'S DECISION. [BY telegraph.—press association.] "WELLINGTON, Friday. The City Council last evening refused permission to a local picture theatre to show pictures on Good Friday. Ths Mayor, Mr. T. C. A.
