HOW TO BE HAPPY.
KEEP FIT. Yvonne A maud says that she keeps fit because she lias a good digestion. She feels sure that, if people would take care of their digestions and those of their children and, still more essentially, those of their husbands, they would all be happy, because they were healthy. She adds, however, the slogan of " hard work and cultivate a sense of humour." She believes that no one can posibly bo happy without a definite aim in life, and that one cannot have time to think much about one's health if ono is always striving to attain it. In these days she thinks people attach far too much importance to how they arc feeling.
