RAILWAY OFFICERS.
AUCKLAND APPOINTMENTS. MANY TRANSFERS MADE. NEW STATIONMASTER FOR CITY. Transfers and appointments of officers of the first division of the railway servico were announced yesterday by tho Railways Board. Many of tho promotions have been due for a considerable time, and several officers have been holding acting appointments pending tho decision of the board. Auckland appointments aro as follows :
