WHEAT QUOTA BILL.
introduction in house. READ A FIRST TIME. LONDON. Feb. 23. The Wheat Quota Bill was read a fust time in the House of Commons to-day. It is entitled a bill to secure to growers of home-grown millable wheat a standard price and a market for it, providing for the imposition on millers and importer* of flour obligations to make payment# calculated by the wheat quota.
