MOTOR-CYCLIST'S DEATH.
COLLISION WITH BICYCLE. SIDE-CAR OCCUPANT INJURED. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CIIRISTCHU KCH. Weduesday. Through the motor-cycle and side-car in which they were, riding overturning as the result of a collision with a cyclist in Woolston last evening, MrCecil Clive Middleton, aged 25, of New Brighton, was killed, and Mr. S. Napper, inspector for the Heathcote County Council, was slightly injured. When the motor-cycle was righted Mr. Middleton was found to be dead. Mr. Napper suffered a. fractured nose and facial abrasions. The cvcl.st, Sydney Virtue, escaped with slight injuiies. Mr. Middletotv was a son of Mr. C. T. Middleton, town clerk of New Brighton, who lost, his other son in a motor-cycle accident, on the same night of last year.
