COMPLIMENTARY VISITS.
CHURCH CONFERENCES. [BY TELEGRAPH. —rRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday. The Presbyterian General Assembly and the Methodist Conferenco to-day exchanged complimentary visits.- The moderator, with a delegation from the Assembly, waited on the Methodist Conference, expressing wishes of goodwill fiom the Presbyterian Church toward tlie Methodist Church. Similar good wishes were expressed by the president of the conference, who with a delegation of Methodist ministers, visited the Assembly.
