NEW COLONIAL SECRETARY. (Received February 23, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Feb. 22. The Colonial Secretary at Bermuda, Mr. E. W. Evans, has been selected for appointment as Colonial Secretary at Mauritius in succession to Sir Allan Grannum.
