SHOCKING TRAGEDY.
SEVEN PERSONS PERISH. FIRE CAUSED BY CIGARETTE. (Received February 23. P. 5 p.m.) CALCUTTA, Feb. 2.'!. 'A shocking tragedy was caused by a lighted cigarette being thrown by a boy into a fireworks shop at Bangalore. An explosion occurred, followed by flic, which spread to an adjoining shop. Seven persons were trapped and peiished in the flames.
