BEQUESTS TO CHARITY.
TARANAKI FARMER'S WILL.
An estate of a net value of approximately £66,000 has been left by the late Mr. Thomas Thomson McCr<acken, retired farmer, who died at his residence at Mount Eden on Saturday.
After payment of certain pecuniary legacies, the residue of the estate is to be held in trust for certain life interests. On the occurrence of contingencies named in the will and the termination of the prior life interests, the capital of the residuary estate is to be divided equally among the Salvation Army in Auckland, the Leslie Presbyterian Orphanage and the Jubilee Institute for the Blind as contingent remaindermen. Mr. McCracken was a farmer in Taranaki for the greater part of his life and retired to live in Auckland some vears ago. The Guardian Trust and Executors Company of New Zealand is the executor and trustee in the estate.
