TERRITORIAL CONCERT.
About 120 members of the First Battalion of the Auckland Regiment are in camp at Longbeach this week under Lieu-tenant-Colonel N. L. Macky, and last evening a concert party, arranged by the Entertainment Committee of the Territorial Association, visited the camp. Ttems were given by Mr. and Mrs. James Bailey, Miss Edna Thomas, Mrs. F. C. Webster, the Ukelele Band (who comprised Mrs. C. Kasper. Miss Mavis White, Miss Spenceley Walker and Mr. Tom Turner), and ;i trio (Mr. I'om Turner, Mr. Foster Clark and Mr. Bert Walmesley), who contributed sea chanties. The party was met with cars at Devonport and driven to the camp. Following the concert, which was very much enjoyed, they were entertained at supper. Colonel J. E. Duigan, O.C. Northern Command, and Mr. Malcolm Stewart, chairman of the executive of the Territorial Association. were among those who were present at the concert.
