AREA AT TAWA FLAT. FARMER CLAIMS COMPENSATION. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Tuesday. Tho hearing of a claim is proceeding in tho Supreme Court to-day in which David Rowell, farmer, of Tawa Flat, is seeking £4175 in respect of land taken and allegedly injuriously affected in the construction of tho Tawa Flat railway deviation. The Court adjourned to inspect the property.
