Thdrsda^r,,March 17, is,St. Patrick's Day," and preparations are now. in hand for the presentation, in tile Town Hall, in the evening, of the annual njusic festival. Seventeen schools, comprising 650 performers, are rehearsing. Special musis, not previously heard in New Zealand, will be a feature. The proceeds are fo devoted to tho orphans.
