TO CLEAN A HAND-MADE WOOL RUG.
Lay the rug on the grass face down- ! wards or on a clean floor and beat it gently. Next sweep the back with a short brush. To clean the right side wipe it over with a cloth moistened in \yater to which a little methylated spirit has teen added. Hang it outside for a short time.
