OLD FOLKS AT SCHOOL.
Old folks are going back to school in the West of Ireland. There is a big push to popularise the native tongue. Since the issue of a circular warning officials of the county councils that they have to qualify in Irish in a specified period there lias been something like consternation in their ranks. Practically the entire populace are busy learning the language. Night and day Irish classes are held and old and young rub shoulders at these schools.l
