INDECENT ASSAULT CASE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NAPIER. Friday. Convicted of an indecent assault on a male, Kenneth Impetfc was sentenced b? Mr. Justice McGregor io-day to four years' imprisonment. His Honor said he agreed with the police and the probation reports that prisoner was a menace. In view of his past record, and notwithstanding the jury's recommendation to mercy, a term of imprisonment was necessary.
