Pleas of guilty were entered by Francis Simpson, when he was charged in the Police Court yesterday with printing, or causing to be printed, an indecent document, a newspaper entitled " Fruity , Bits," on or about October 9 and November 13. Counsel said Simpson was the printer of the publication. The magistrate, Mr. F. K. Hunt, 6aid there was an obligation on a, printer to take care regarding the. matter pro/'duced from his press.
