DEVELOPMENT OF DOMAIN.
A detailed explanation of the proposal to construct a road from Stanley Street to the Domain Drive, arid of the development of the Domain, will be given iri an address by the city engineer, Mr. J. Tyler, at the conclusion of the ordinary City Council meeting next Thursday evening. The public are invited to the lecture, which will begin about 8.30 in > the Town Hall concert chamber.
