BREACH OF PROBATION.
MAN SENT TO PRISON. [from our own correspondent.] HAMILTON. Friday. "The accused has completely ignored the conditions on which lie was released on probation," said Senior-Sergeant Sweeney, in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court, to-day, when Robert James Hooper, aged 40, was charged with failing to comply with the terms of his probation. The magistrate, Mr. F. W. Piatts, sentenced accused to a week's imprisonment.
