At the Police Court to-day Maurice Patrick Duffy was committed for trial on a charge of breaking and entering the Regent Thoatro and stealing from the safe £4B. A Ciown witness staled that Duffy told him lie had hidden upstairs during tho performance and had used detonators to blow the safe open.
