PLUNGE INTO SEA.
CAR DRIVER'S MISTAKE. DEATH WITH PASSENGER. MELBOURNE. Feb. 3. The driver of a motor-car. evidently mistaking a pier for a bridge, plunged over the end in his vehicle into the sea at Mordialloc. The driver, Royden Patterson, 49, a'nd the passenger, Mrs. Ivy Darcy, 40, were drowned.
