BOMB. OUTRAGE.
DESTRUCTIVE FIRE CAUSED. TOWNSHIP IN QUEENSLAND. (Received February 5. 9.25 p.m.) BRISBANE. Feb. 5. A message from Cloncurry, Queensland, says an unknown person threw a bomb into Gannon's Hotel, at Julia Creek. A fire resulted which destroyed the premises, also an adjoining bank and hairdressing saloon. The crime record of Julia Creek for six years involves the killing of nine people and the wounding of several others.
