i AUCKLAND CENTRE FORMED. An Auckland Centre of the New Zealand Cycling Council wis formed at a meeting of representatives of the Auckland Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club, the Manukau j Amateur Cycling Club and the Papatoetoe Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club. The settlement of the recent dispute was fully j discussed and as several matters were not clear it was decided to write to Mr. H. D. Bennett, of Wellington, who drew up j the original agreement, for a further inter- j pretaticn. i Messrs J. P. Kalangher. president, and i I H. L. Tower 3, secretary, of the Auckland i Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association, attended the meeting. ; The following officers were elected: — | Chairman, Mr. H. C. "Webster (Papatoetoe Club) ; secretary and treasurer, Mr. L. Wtl- ' son; referee, Mr. A. Green; handicapper and starter, Mr. J.
