D. Mosley, S.M., to-day, when fining Johnston Craggs, butcher, £lO and costs for failing to give way to traffic at an intersection. Craggs rose from tho back of the Court and started addressing tho Court. " Put that man out," said the magistrate to a constable. Craggs quickly left the courthouse.
