CANADIAN CABINET.
CHANGES ANNOUNCED. ONE MINISTER RESIGNS. (Received February 4, 6-5 p.m.l OTTAWA. Feb. 3. The Prime Minister, Mr. R. E. Bennett, today announced several changes in the Cabinet. Mr. Arthur Meigben, a former Prime Minister, has been appointed Minister without, portfolio and a member of the Seriate: Mr. E. N. Rhodes takes the portfolio of Finance, Mr. Alfred Duranleuu (Minister of Marine) takes the act in gMinistership of Fisheries, Mr. W. A. Gordon adds Labour to the portfolios of Immigration and Mines, and Mr. G. Robertson resigns the Labour portfolio through illhealth.
