UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MUSIC.
Sir,—Auckland pioneer citizens for the past 30 years have been building up a School of Music of t lie highest order and have succeeded in producing well-trained pianists and teachers, who aro able to hold their own in any part of the world. Is it oversight, or have sorno individual or individuals been at work to bring this to ft sudden stop by cutting out the certificate and medals which tho parents prize so much'! This matter should he well worth further consideration by the University College Council before anything so drastic takes place. Hen ay A. Evans.
