NEW TRIAL ORDERED.
,JURY FAILS TO AGREE
The trial of dordnn Wilkiris oti charges cf unlawful carnal knowledge, attempted unlawful carnal knowledge and unlawfully supplying a noxious thing, was concluded in the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. Justice Smith. After the required f i four hours' retirement, the jury failed to agree. A new trial was ordered for the criminal sessions.
